From this Page
1. Select here to download Subject Edition.

Install a new version of EPSQ 2.2
- You should have
downloaded the Subject Edition, Version 2.2
- Using File Manager or
Windows Explorer, go to the directory where you downloaded the
installation file subject2_2.exe
- Double click on Subject
Edition (subject2_2.exe) and follow the screen instructions to
install the EPSQ 2.2 program.

Restore Data into the new 2.2 version
- Log into the "new" EPSQ
2.2 version
- Select "Receive From
Security Officer" from the Communications Menu.
- Change the Drive and
Directory as appropriate to locate the backup file (ie change the
drive to a: and find your zdb file).
- Highlight the backup
file with your mouse and press the OK button.
- Type in your SSN and
password. The form is loaded.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR
USING EPSQ
1.
Once in the EPSQ program you will need to go to CREATE at the top
of the page.

There you will click USER FORM.
3.
On the next screen you will need to bubble in the first bubble,
"Request for Security Clearance (SF 86).

On the next screen you will need to bubble in as follows:
-Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) for a
TOP-SECRECT CLEARANCE
-National Agency Check (NAC or NACLC) for a SECRET
CLEARANCE

The next screen you will need to read the info and then press enter.
6. The next screen will ask for your social security number, which you
need to provide, but when it asks for the password right underneath
your social, you need to skip over that part and just click OK.

From this point you should be ready to begin filling out the SF86.

You
must go back 7 years for employment and resident history. Do not leave
any gaps between dates. Also included all relatives that apply to you
in section 6.

Once
you push NEXT after the first screen, your information will automatically
save in case you need to quit the program for some reason.

To go back to your SF86, just click MODIFY at the
top of the EPSQ
Program and then click user form and enter your SSN.
11.
To make sure all of your info is correct, click VALIDATION at the top
of the EPSQ program and type in your SSN. This will show all errors you
have made or have not made. To correct any errors once again
go back to MODIFY.
12. Once you have corrected all errors, you will need to save your file to
a disk. To do this go to COMMUNICATIONS and select PREPARE
FILE TO GIVE TO SECURITY OFFICER.
13.
You will then need to change the drive to "A:" and then change the
file name to your last name, keeping the dot zdb (EX: BAKER.zdb)
14. You are now finished. You will now need to bring your disk up to
Security Division, BLDG 463.
PLEASE
INSURE TO VALIDATE YOUR CLEARANCE BEFORE BRINGING TO SECURITY DIVISION.
